What sets apart the Uni Apart Group?

We are delighted to introduce you to our latest addition to the team, Raffael Schmuck. We asked Raffael three questions that describe him, his work with us and his understanding of the spirit of the Uni Apart Group. We hope you enjoy reading them.

1. What is your area of responsibility or which department do you work in at the Uni Apart Group?

I work as Head of Technical Property Management and am responsible for the technical aspects of building management. I attach particular importance to the continuous optimisation of our processes in order to ensure sustainable and efficient solutions for our properties.

2. What makes your job particularly interesting?

In my day-to-day work, I constantly encounter new challenges that require close collaboration with different interest groups. It is precisely this lively dynamic and constant change that make my job particularly interesting and varied.

3. The slogan of the Uni Apart Group is Friends of the House – what does it mean to you, and how do you embody this slogan in your work?

For me, ‘Friends of the House’ means creating a familiar atmosphere in which everyone feels at home and enjoys excellent service. It is particularly important to me to have a trusting relationship with customers and colleagues in order to ensure an open and harmonious working relationship. Through understanding, tolerance and openness, I realise this idea in my daily work and thus contribute to a positive overall experience at Uni Apart.
