The Future is Now - Electromobility
Electromobility is a crucial part of the modern shift, specifically the transport transition, aimed at finding and promoting more environmentally friendly and sustainable mobility solutions.
Uni Apart has recognized the importance of electromobility and actively works to integrate it into its corporate structures as well as apartment buildings. We use 100 % green electricity, sourced from environmentally friendly and sustainable origins. These energy sources produce significantly lower CO₂ emissions and other environmental damages compared to fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas.
With 17 charging stations at four locations in Ingolstadt and Neu-Ulm, we have already established a considerable charging network. Three more charging stations are in preparation and will soon expand our network.

Our newest building is das grüne Haus® in Neu-Ulm, which is considered our pioneering project in sustainability and environmental awareness. For example, over 60 % of the facility is already powered by electricity from the in-house solar system. Six additional charging stations are located at this site.

Our Charging Options
Charge via e-roaming or register for free with Orthmann Green Power via the Reev app and charge even more affordably.
The Reev app is a user-friendly solution for businesses that want to charge electric vehicles. To use the Reev app and optimally manage your three charging stations, please follow these instructions:
App Download
iOS devices: Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, search for "Reev," and click "Download" to install the app. Android devices: Open the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone or tablet, search for "Reev," and tap "Install."
First Use
There are two options for self-registration with REEV:
1. Use the REEV App
Our recommendation for regular charging. Payment options include credit card or SEPA. 1. Scan the QR code and enter the code for your preferred location.
2. The operator confirms you in the app. After that, you can begin your charging session.
2. Ad-hoc Charging by Scanning the QR Code on the Wallbox
And This is How it Works
The Charging Process:
1. Register at the wallbox by scanning the QR code.
2. Plug your charging cable into both the wallbox and your car.
3. Start the charging process in the app.
4. After the charging session is complete, you will automatically receive an invoice via email.
