1. What is your area of responsibility or which department do you work in at the Uni Apart Group?
I am a certified legal specialist and, as a career changer, I have been responsible for the letting and management of the student flats in Ingolstadt as a commercial property manager since January 2024.I am the contact person for the tenants of the flats for all kinds of questions or problems. As property manager, I take care of rental matters, the administrative and financial management of the property and oversee maintenance measures. My tasks also include issues such as the deposit statement after the end of the tenancy.
2. What makes your job particularly interesting?
The work in property management is very varied and it never gets boring. No two days are the same and that's what makes my work so special. On the one hand, you have a classic office job, but on the other hand you also travel a lot, for example for appointments for inspections, flat inspections or consultation hours at the respective locations in Ingolstadt.3. – what does it mean to you, and how do you embody this slogan in your work?
In noble families, the family is called a ‘house’, for example the English royal family, the House of Windsor. So the house here stands for family. And that's exactly how I understand the slogan ‘Friends of the House’. Because that's exactly what my work as a property manager is all about: creating a home where people feel at home.
