The Uni Apart Group has specialised in the development and operation of modern student housing complexes in Bavaria for more than 20 years.

As a modern and future-orientated company, we are looking for the following person to join our team in Ingolstadt as soon as possible

Property manager / property supervisor (m/f/d) full-time (38 h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the letting and management of part of the Uni Apart student apartment buildings
• Joint organisation and implementation of letting activities in the buildings with colleagues
• Friendly and service-orientated support for tenants and owners
• Preparation of accounts for the building communities in accordance with WEG and the rental pool companies
• Preparing and attending our owners' meetings
• Supporting the community and creating a friendly and lively atmosphere by organising events
• Interface in the administration centre between colleagues in the building, internal departments and external service providers
• Organising external service providers for our buildings
  
  

• Passion, curiosity and motivation to actively shape a future-oriented area in the property industry
• You enjoy working in a team and are willing to contribute to a good working relationship
• You enjoy communicating with a friendly and professional demeanour
• You speak good German and are not afraid of occasional coordination with tenants in English
• You have good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
• You have successfully completed training in the commercial sector (with or without a property focus) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the property sector (not a prerequisite - career changers are also welcome)
