As a modern and forward-looking company, we are looking for an Object Manager - Location Neu-Ulm (m/f/d) in part-time (approx. 30 hours per week) for our team in Neu-Ulm at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities:

Independent and proactive management of the Uni Apart student apartment building "Wohncampus am Glacispark" in Neu-Ulm (approx. 261 units)
Organization and execution of rental activities in the building
Friendly and service-oriented care of the residents
Conducting viewings, apartment handovers, and takeovers
Supervision and instruction of the house staff
Assistance in organizing and attending owner meetings
Liaison between the central administration and external service providers

Your Profile:

Successfully completed training in the commercial field or in the hotel industry
Specific professional experience in the real estate sector is not a requirement, but is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a high level of customer orientation
Independent work style and organizational skills
Good knowledge of the German language
Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
